Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed and shipped by T & K Suppressors, a division of T & K Hunting Gear LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and shipping method selected.

  • Promotional or discounted shipping offers, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Dealer transfer fees, storage fees, or other charges imposed by third-party FFL/SOT dealers are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. NFA Item Shipping & Transfer Requirements

All suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA)–regulated items must be transferred through a valid FFL/SOT dealer.

Important NFA Shipping Details

  • Suppressors cannot be shipped directly to individuals.

  • All suppressors ship dealer-to-dealer via an approved ATF Form 3.

  • Orders will not ship until all legal requirements are satisfied.

ATF Processing Times

ATF Form 3 approval times vary and are outside of our control. We cannot expedite, influence, or guarantee approval timelines. Once the Form 3 is approved and the suppressor ships to your dealer, tracking information will be provided.

Dealer Address Requirements

  • NFA items ship only to the FFL/SOT dealer listed on the approved Form 3.

  • The receiving dealer must be located in a state where suppressor ownership is legal.

  • Address changes for NFA items are not permitted after Form 3 submission.

3. Legal Shipping Restrictions

We ship suppressors only to FFL/SOT dealers located in states where suppressor ownership is legal under federal and state law.

Suppressors are not legal in the following states, and we cannot ship to dealers located there:

  • California

  • Delaware

  • Hawaii

  • Illinois

  • Massachusetts

  • New Jersey

  • New York

  • Rhode Island

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.

International Shipping – Suppressors

International shipment of suppressors is strictly prohibited.

T & K Suppressors does not ship suppressors outside of the United States under any circumstances. Suppressors are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and are subject to U.S. export controls, including ITAR and EAR.

Any attempt to purchase, export, or transfer a suppressor outside of the United States will result in order cancellation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. General Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

  • Non-NFA Items: Most in-stock accessories ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

  • NFA Items: Shipment occurs only after ATF Form 3 approval. Delays related to ATF processing are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. For NFA items, tracking will be issued once the suppressor ships to the receiving dealer.

5. Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • All NFA items require an adult signature upon delivery at the receiving FFL/SOT dealer.

  • Signature requirements for non-NFA items may vary by carrier and service level.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

NFA Items

If an NFA item is marked as delivered to your dealer but cannot be located:

  • Confirm delivery and signature details with the carrier and receiving dealer.

  • Contact us promptly so we can assist with next steps, including carrier claims and required reporting.

Theft After Delivery

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers and dealers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security upon receipt.

7. Return Shipping & Warranty Repairs

For warranty claims or approved repairs, please contact us before shipping any product.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • NFA Items: Do not ship suppressors or other NFA items to us without prior authorization. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.

  • Non-NFA Items: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.

Approved warranty repairs or replacements may include return shipping at our discretion.

8. Change of Address Policy

  • Non-NFA Items: Address changes must be requested before the order ships. Changes cannot be made once the order has been tendered to the carrier.

  • NFA Items: Shipping addresses are fixed once ATF Form 3 paperwork is submitted and cannot be changed.

9. Delivery Holds & Special Instructions

Once tracking information has been issued, delivery instructions and holds must be coordinated directly with the shipping carrier. We cannot modify delivery instructions after shipment.

10. Shipping Insurance

All NFA items and other high-value shipments are insured during transit. Suppressors are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
