1. Sponsor

This Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by:

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time on July 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on July 23, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Are legal residents of the United States.
Are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Reside in a jurisdiction where this Promotion is lawful.

Employees, officers, owners, and members of their immediate household of T & K Hunting Gear LLC are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Automatic Entry by Purchase

Every qualifying purchase of one (1) ALTUS™ 22 suppressor placed through T & K Suppressors during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry into the drawing.

Each additional qualifying ALTUS™ 22 purchased receives one (1) additional entry.

Cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, declined payments, or chargebacks are not eligible.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, mail one handwritten 3" × 5" card containing:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 23, 2026, and received by July 30th, 2026.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, or incomplete entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

SIG Sauer P322 Pistol

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $429.99

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about July 24, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided with the qualifying order or mail-in entry.

If the selected winner:

cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days;
declines the prize;
is found ineligible; or
cannot legally receive the firearm;

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Firearm Transfer Requirements

The firearm prize will be transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Winner must:

Successfully complete all required background checks.
Be legally eligible to possess the firearm.
Present valid government-issued identification.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws.
Pay any transfer fees, shipping costs, taxes, or other charges imposed by the receiving FFL unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

If the selected winner cannot legally receive the firearm, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, state, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Verify eligibility.
Investigate suspected fraud.
Disqualify any person attempting to tamper with or abuse the Promotion.
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, governmental action, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless T & K Hunting Gear LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability arising out of:

Participation in the Promotion;
Acceptance, possession, transfer, or use of the prize;
Printing, typographical, technical, or administrative errors;
Lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with T & K Suppressors' Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue for any dispute relating to this Promotion shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of South Dakota.

Entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

16. Winner List

To request the winner's first name, last initial, and state after the Promotion concludes, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the winner announcement.

17. Promotion Records

Sponsor will maintain reasonable records of all eligible entries received and the drawing conducted for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

18. Acceptance of Official Rules

Participation in this Promotion constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
