Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

At T & K Suppressors, we are committed to providing high-quality, precision-built suppressors and a transparent purchasing experience. Due to the regulated nature of items governed by the National Firearms Act (NFA), all suppressor sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

Please review this information carefully prior to placing an order.

General Policy

All suppressor purchases are regulated under federal law and require coordination with licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). As a result, returns, refunds, and cancellations are strictly limited.

Order Cancellations — NFA Items

Pre-Paperwork Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before any ATF paperwork has been submitted, including but not limited to ATF Form 3, Form 4, or Form 5.

If an order is canceled prior to paperwork submission:

  • A 25% non-refundable processing and compliance fee will be retained by T & K Suppressors

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment

This fee reflects administrative labor, compliance preparation, inventory allocation, and order processing associated with NFA-regulated items.

Post-Paperwork Cancellations

Once any ATF Form 3, Form 4, or Form 5 has been submitted:

  • The order cannot be canceled

  • The sale is considered final

  • No refunds or credits will be issued

This applies regardless of processing status or estimated ATF wait times.

ATF Denials or Returns Without Action (RWA)

In the event an ATF application is denied or returned without action (RWA):

  • If the purchaser is deemed ineligible to possess the suppressor, T & K Suppressors will issue a refund minus a 25% processing fee

  • The processing fee will be issued as store credit, valid for one (1) year

  • The suppressor must be returned to T & K Suppressors through the receiving FFL before any refund or credit is issued

  • Refunds or credits will be processed only after the suppressor has been returned or the transfer has been formally resolved with the dealer

This policy reflects the compliance handling, administrative labor, and inventory costs associated with NFA-regulated transfers.

Returns

Due to federal regulations:

  • Suppressors are not eligible for return once ATF paperwork has been submitted

  • Suppressors cannot be returned for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Change of mind

    • Wait time dissatisfaction

    • Host firearm changes

All suppressor sales become final upon submission of ATF paperwork.

Accessories & Soft Goods

Accessories and soft goods—including suppressor covers, rifle cases, shooting bags, and other non-NFA items—are not sold through this website.

All non-NFA products are fulfilled through T & K Hunting Gear and are subject to the return and exchange policies listed at:
