Warranty

Lifetime Warranty

Effective Date: February 8, 2025

At T & K Suppressors, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every suppressor (also commonly referred to as a “silencer”) we manufacture. We understand that purchasing a suppressor is a significant investment, and this Lifetime Warranty reflects our commitment to long-term reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

This Warranty applies exclusively to suppressors manufactured by T & K Suppressors and is extended only to the original purchaser (“Owner”). This Warranty is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

1. Manufacturing Defects

T & K Suppressors warrants that its suppressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, when used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with provided guidelines.

If a suppressor is determined, at the sole discretion of T & K Suppressors, to have failed due to a manufacturing defect, T & K Suppressors will repair or replace the suppressor at no cost to the Owner.

Because T & K Suppressors utilizes monolithic, fully 3D-printed suppressor designs, damage involving projectile contact with the internal structure (“baffle strike”) is generally not repairable without compromising structural integrity, performance, or safety.

If replacement is required due to a verified manufacturing defect:

  • T & K Suppressors will manufacture and provide a replacement suppressor with a new serial number, and

  • T & K Suppressors will cover the cost of the required ATF tax stamp for the replacement suppressor

All replacement suppressors are considered new NFA firearms and are transferred in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Non-Manufacturing Related Damage (One-Time Courtesy Replacement)

We recognize that accidental or unintentional issues may occur during use. In cases where damage is determined, after inspection, to be the result of user-caused error or unintentional misuse—and not a manufacturing defect—T & K Suppressors will offer a one time replacement to the original owner only.

Examples may include, but are not limited to, mounting errors, host firearm issues, ammunition instability, or improper installation.

Courtesy replacement is contingent upon confirmation that the damage was unintentional and not the result of gross misuse, reckless operation, or deliberate operation beyond published specifications or limits.

Under this courtesy one time replacement:

  • The replacement suppressor will be a new suppressor with a new serial number

  • The Owner is responsible for payment of any applicable ATF tax stamp and transfer fees

  • The original suppressor will be retained and destroyed in accordance with federal regulations

This courtesy replacement is limited to one (1) occurrence per suppressor.

No additional courtesy replacements will be offered.

Any subsequent replacements outside of this one-time replacement are not covered and may be offered only at the Owner’s expense.

3. Owner Responsibilities: Maintenance & Operation

The Owner is responsible for:

  • Proper installation and use of the suppressor

  • Routine inspection and maintenance

  • Operating the suppressor strictly within published specifications and limitations

Failure to follow recommended maintenance or operational guidelines may result in damage not covered under this Warranty.

If you have questions regarding proper use, mounting, or maintenance, we encourage you to contact us before operating the suppressor. We are always available to help.

4. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Gross misuse, abuse, or reckless operation

  • Failure to follow operational or maintenance instructions

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

  • Intentional destruction or deliberate operation beyond published limits

  • Use with incompatible firearms, calibers, mounts, or ammunition

  • Use of remanufactured, reloaded, or non-SAAMI / non-CIP-compliant ammunition

  • Normal wear, erosion, cosmetic changes, or finish degradation resulting from extended use

  • Any suppressor that has been sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred from the original Owner

This Warranty is strictly non-transferable.
